Winemaker’s Dinner feat. Silverback Estate Winery

Join us for a signature wine dinner in the Orchid Ballroom at the Oregon Garden Resort! 

Enjoy a five-course menu accompanied by hand-selected Silverback Wines. In addition to delicious plates, this is also a learning experience where a Silverback Estate Winery expert will guide you through the tasting notes of each wine pairing 

The five-course menu features:
• French leek soup paired with Chardonnay.
• Crispy fried polenta with whipped goat cheese paired
with Gamay.
• Seared salmon with sweet pea purée and fingerling potatoes paired with Opening Act Pinot Noir and more to be revealed.

 Tickets are $89 and must be pre-purchased
Must be 21+ to attend
20% gratuity will automatically be applied to your final bill.
